If you are concerned it may not be genuine look at the email address it has been sent from. Failing that do an IP look up.

I had one too.

Tbh, I think this forum is pretty effective.  I would be wary of offering up my answers if I didn't have the motherboards here moderating what I might say.

I suppose I could join and answer every question with look at the toyotaownersclub.

Just directed my BiL to the Ford one.  It uses an identical forum engine to this.
