British Gas installed EV charger warranty

Hi

British Gas installed my EV charger through Toyota. All good but was wondering about warranty and Hive app subscription (not sure if there is a subscription though). I’ve asked BG how long is the warranty but no reply yet. (I’m not aiming to phone them as I would like it in writing, email).

Engineer who fitted said it was 1 year but searching online appears to be 3 with a 1 year Hive subscription.

Has anyone received any info on this from British Gas ?   Thanks.

I also understood it to be 3 years - but I have nothing to prove it.
