Just thought i'd post my first message and say hello! Picked up my Yaris T Sport at the weekend, and its !Removed! wicked. Slightly quicker and better handling than my clapped out ford escort!! ;) Nice forum guys B)

Always good to get new member's on board... Not surprised you notice the difference between the T and the Escort, I remember my old one, great at the time but looking back it was absolutely awful :D :D :D

Hi spacedhopper - glad you're enjoying your new car - weekend soon so plenty of time to get to know it properly.

Have to say I know what you mean 'bout old Fords - my second car was a Mark 2 fiesta - 1.1 litre, slightly slower than my current vacuum cleaner - !Removed! awful. However recent Fords are better. My last car was a Mark 5 Fiesta Zetec S. Absolutely fabulous car. Handled better than my current Corolla TS, just a pity Ford didn't give it the power the chassis deserved.

In saying that, I wouldn't swap it for the Corolla for anything.

Enjoy your Yaris - have to say they look wicked.

I live there 30 weeks of the year... at Uni there. Prefer being home though, get to drive (share car with mum damn it!)
