Just to size things before you go venting off into the ether. You in the UK are given 2 RAV4 PHEV options as here we given 5 model options. 

The spec of mine is way greater than the spec of your top online option, advanced JBL sound system, 19" machine faced 5 spoke alloys, panoramic roof, intrusion alarm, 360* panoramic camera just to name a few. We also get a 6 year warranty with 11 years on the battery.

Where I can't always fathom the ways of Toyota's choice of which country has what option/model the market here is completely different to the UK. Here I sold my 2.5 year old CHR for more money than I gave brand new.
