Evening Everyone, 

I have a 2008 HiLux 3.0 D4D, I believe the EGR valve is on it's way out due to increased grey smoke that smells of unburnt fuel plus the odd puff of thick black smoke when the turbo kicks in... 
She seems down on power/throttle response until the turbo is in and then it pulls like normal so guessing no issue with turbo, plus ticks over fine so assuming no issue with injectors either. Wondering whether to replace EGR or blank off, anyone had any issues after blanking...?
