Landcruiser 2005 starts but won't run Help!

We have a 2005 Landcruiser that is currently at our garage causing headaches!

The car starts but will not tick over, when it first started it would not run at all. On investigation our

Garage checked and found the diesel was black. It was completely stripped tank  etc. cleaned  out then put back together.

No still wouldn't run, injectors have been inspected and fine. A new lift pump has been replaced. Our garage is at a loss

Also saying that there could be pressure issues has anyone had a similar problem, sorry for lengthy question

Changed the fuel filer ?

Has it jumped time (1KZ 3.0 uses a cam belt) when was the belt last changed ?
