2004 Corolla ABS issue

I need some help here, I am totally lost. I am having issues with my 9th gen where the ABS activates at low speeds. I have no trouble code to go after, so it's just oure guessing from this point... I have cleaned the front sensors, checked the rings for cracks, and the rings are fine. I have changed both rear wheel bearings (Koyo, so I guess they're the same as OEM), and it still activates. I tried reading live data, but it deactivates the abs while running diagnostics, so no help there... Am I gonna throw parts at it from this point? Try new rings and sensors in the front? Or is there any other thing to look at? I am a mechanic, and I know this issue is usually a ring issue, but I can't find anything wrong with the front rings...

I hope someone could help a lost soul out🙌
