Avensis front extra led light question

looks fine for me, where i can find something that will fit just plug and play (Amazon or so) ?

I don´t know for sure, but I'm afraid there are no plug'n'play solutions for Avensis? Electrical work alone is problematic because of the can bus...

Is there someting that will fit there with no pain 🙂 for a start, with no connection just visual ... ?

The easiest way would be to get new license plate holder to which the led bar can be attached.

Personally, I prefer embedding the led bar in the grille under the license plate. But that will be more laborious...
