Internal Lights

Yes it can be replace with led and still does the soft on off. Search more on eBay for w5w led and can get 10 for about £8. Replace the boot light too then. 

The link you provided, those led bulbs looks poor and don't think it will produce much light. Look for those with at least 6 pieces of led.

Yes it's fine. I have them on my yaris, it's a massive difference to the dim yellow bulbs car came with.

You will find the dome light is different.  When I changed mine, the kit I bought had a festoon which is needed for the dome light, but it was too long.  I purchased the correct length from another supplier.
