Alarm sound in park and while driving ?!?!

My roommates 2018 rav 4, that she just bought, started making an actual alarm sound while she was in park, and has come up while she is driving. There’s no warning lights popping up or anything. It seems to be random. I can’t find anything on the web to explain. She sent me a video of it, but I haven’t figured out how to post it. 
It’s not a beep, but an actual alarm sound coming from the inside. Any help is appreciated

It is probably a short due to water ingress.  Unfortunately, they do not include alarm wiring in the circuit diagrams (for security), so that's no help.

Normally you would expect some kind of warning light or message Thomas. Could be a low Battery ?

I have already read a couple things about the anti theft getting triggered, but it happens while driving too. I don’t know

Would the (possible) cause show up when reading codes?

I will try that. There’s no check engine light or anything on the dash though
