How to clean the white leather dashboard?

Is it possible to fix this dirty white leather dashboard?

I'm sure a suitable leather cleaning product is available. Test on a non visible part first.

Dunelm do a great faux leather cleaner and conditioning set. 
cleans my white seats lovely. 
be careful with leather cleaning products though as that dash is not “real” leather but a synthetic.

I can't open the file either. 

I'd be inclined to agree with you but, if the part is the horizontal band that runs across the passenger side dash (a guess), and also around the r/h air vent then, amazingly, I believe it is leather, with foam stuck on to the back of it.  I've actually stripped one to pieces (don't ask). 

It's made in India, it says on the back of the trim.  The back face looks like the back face of any number of other pieces of leather furniture, clothes etc that I've taken apart.

Must get out more....

Its vegan leather, autoglym interior shampoo and a Magic Eraser will get that clean

I've been using a soft pencil rubber on little marks, as that seems to work remarkably well!

these should be at disposal to any car valeter. Sometimes the simplest things can do the most difficult tasks. Another simply cleaning solution is dettol antibacterial spray and microfibre cloth. Safe for all leathers and plastics.
