Hi, my Estima 2003 A/C sometimes works and blows very cold, but stops working after 1 hour and A/C light blinks.  The built in A/C diagnostic shows error codes 31 and 41.  My mechanic says the A/C pressure is ok, no leaks and asked me to find a electrical diagram to help them diagnose the problem, but I don’t have this diagram.

I stopped using AUTO button and set temperature to COLDEST to eliminate some potential sensor issues.

I read it could be any of following?-electrical wire, relay, amplifier, sensors, servo motor, compressor clutch, belt etc?

Any suggestions on how to diagnose my A/C?

Does 2003 Estima Hybrid AHR10 use same A/C parts as Camry, RAV4 or Sienna?

Thank you

31 - Open or short in power source circuit in
air mix damper position sensor circuit.

41 - Air mix damper position sensor value
does not change even if air conditioner
amplifier assy operates air mix servo-
motor.

i would check the mix damper motor, remove it and make sure the flap moves it's the lower motor on the driver's side 87106-28120
