After market switches on dash?

I have a 2010 Toyota Estima (made in Japan and imported to the UK). Does anyone know what these switches are for? They're located on the right lower side of the dash. See link below for pic:

Camper conversion ?? Any extra sockets in the rear, it looks like an inverter/charger setup - trace the wiring and see where it goes

ps. have you checked the ULEZ and the tax rate, if it's PLG (£325) it's not compliant
