Wont crank and start /push button green light present

Hi! I have rav4 with start push button.I stopped and now not more crank and start.When cluch pedal pushed green light present on button but nothing happend.Dash board is on appears check VSC.I checked all fuses is ok.Starter relay also ok.Possible something with wiring.Please respond somebody who had same problem.

try a spare key, Keyed ignition with push start button ??

No,chip in the poket,with other chip same things.

When I put the chip to the start button ,the panel shows that key detected.

Sounds like a dead 12v Battery and/or dead fob Battery

Test the Battery and alternator

I did it first check starter condition and Battery.If I put jumper from replaced rejay starter crank but other system is not activated.

Maybe something with ECU.
