Egr topic problem

Hello everyone, I own a toyota iq 1.0 cvt which has the same problem that sometimes it won't start. the problem is more pronounced on the uphill... the car is a 2009 and the authorized service center does not accept any recall, so I decided to fix it myself and replace the problematic parts. Does anyone know what the numbers of the parts are after they did the recall and what all needs to be replaced. as far as i understand it is egr valve and catalytic converter.
Just to emphasize that I have read previous posts on this topic on the forum, although some are over 10 years old and there is no possibility to ask a question there.thank you
