Which size Philips Head Does Battery Filter Take?

Hello guys I want to see the condition of my hybrid Battery filter, I have a 2016 Gen 4 Prius.

Which Philips head screw driver do I need for this screw?

That is likely not a screw.  It looks like a push pin.  These just require a ¼ turn anticlockwise for which you can just use any driver that will fit.  You then use a panel puller to lift the centre and then lift the pin out.

PH1 should fit

It's a plastic panel clip. Back out the centre screw about 10mm, while applying as little pressure as possible. Then you should be able to wiggle and pull out the whole clip.
