2008 Toyota Blade exterior Beltline window seals - sourcing?

I have a Toyota Blade that as a secondhand car came with sun-ruined exterior window seals on all doors. I have been trying to find replacement parts for them but to no avail. 

Is there a DIY option to replacing the rubber seal? Anything people have tried that worked well?

The Blade was a more luxurious Auris, so have you considered looking for Auris seals?

No wonder I couldn't find any parts to fit....I was told all the body & parts - except engine which was a bit more powerful - was basically a replica of the Toyota Corolla hatchback.
