Corolla Cross Hybrid fog relay

Looking for help - planning to install aftermarket fogs on a Cross Hybrid SE (US version) using new stalk with fog collar switch. when looking where to install relay, it’s empty and it appears another part goes in, then the relay would fit in. There is a connector behind it that was taped up. Looking for help on what to do next? also, there does not appear to be any pre wiring for the fogs out to the engine compartment, anyone know where the relay output terminates? many thanks!
