Horn on an urban cruiser,

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic grille to change the horn, I tried to go in from the top but the radiator is in the way and the main part of the grille is part of the bumper, I have seen adverts for the grille panels being sold secondhand but I can't see how to release them and don't want to break anything, if anyone knows how to get them off, I would love to hear from you, Thanks.
