New to Toyota: Highly recommended and no regrets!!

I don't mind manuals but not 661 pages of them and that's when they turn into a bible. Toyota should adopt a quick user guide somewhere along the line as trying to locate anything in the index in a 661 page document is not an easy task.

Today I got into my Excel  turned on the ignition and drove off and nothing happened no silly Infotainment screen messages and everything worked perfectly something that should have happened from day 1 of the car collection  but then you live and learn.

If it is that site in Peterborough, then (under their previous name/ownership) they were so bad that my brother in law actually stopped buying Toyotas because of them. He's bought a used Corolla from there, which the salesman claimed had 'full service history', only to discover later that it had no service history. He also complained about the engine undertray hanging down and they promised to replace the undertray with a new one. When he got the car back they'd botched the old undertray with cable ties and it was still hanging down! That was about 15 years ago, so it sounds like they haven't improved.
