Wheel locking nut missing

Hi just bought a verso and found the lock nut missing

If a dealer the simply go back to them and get them to provide it.

Might be difficult if it was a private seller as your rights are massively diminished and it could be argued that it was your responsibility to check it was there.

I'm not sure how you'd go about getting one - I guess from a Toyota dealer? I'm sure someone shall be along soon to help.
