Fuse Boxes

I have the RAV4 4TH GEN. I wish to Hard Wire a dash cam in. I cant find an interior Fuse Box having search all online advice. Does anyone know if a November 2013 model has an iterior box?

Should be under/behind glovebox. If you take plastic cover above footwell off (it's hold by two clips at the front) you should be able to see it.

On my 2007 Rav4 the fuse box for hard wiring my dash cam is behind the drop-down glove box. 

If you are going to hide the wiring up the door pillar, you should remove the long cover right off and feed the cable behind the air bag. If you just push it in to hide it, it could inhibit the air-bag from working properly. Good luck.
