Blue hybrid badge

Just been at dealers looking at second hand Toyotas noticed that it was a bit of a lottery whether a blue edged hybrid badge  was fitted regardless of year - change in policy?

Hybrid badges stopped being fitted on the front wings during last couple of years.

Sorry may not have made myself clear, this is the Badge at front of bonnet, just above the grill, where I believe there are sensors?

I may be wrong, (probably), but I thought the blue Toyota Badge signified that the car was a hybrid?

That was my comment to salesman, but recent cars on the forecourt of various models some had a blue border others were plain black.

My C-HR )(2021) has the word ‘Hybrid’, followed by a silver and blue logo-type character, on the sides for the front wings and the tailgate.   Perhaps this is meant to be more obvious than a different coloured Badge.
