HID Xenon headlight adjustment without factory head unit

Verso 2013 2.0 D4D I've replaced the factory head unit with a Chinese android screen. I think my headlight adjustment is no longer automatically setting itself and it seems a bit off... Is there any Toyota software, or third party apps available? Will I need to take it to a dealer to adjust them? Thanks!
