Hi Raheim, The problem could be with the memory card. It might be full, corrupted, incompatible, or not formatted correctly.

You could reformat the memory card but be reminded this will erase any data.Did you have any issues with this before and how long have you had the dash cam.

Have you checked to see if any cables are loose , also have you a reset button on the device If so try this. Also see If there are any firmware updates. If you have another memory card try that as well. Hope this helps.:smile:
