I know yaris you get the remote climate control feature starting July 2021. I am looking at Corolla and wondered when it was introduced and is it limited to certain trim/spec?

AFAIK it started with MY23 (all trims).

Look for a car with no knobs on the infotainment screen to be sure it's MY23 or later.

Never mind then 2023 is too expensive! I was hoping it would be similar time as a Yaris.

My MY22 GR Sport 1.8 does NOT have remote anything... the app tells me if I leave doors unlocked, or window open, but I can't set or change anything.

Yes, my base model facelift icon has it.

it’s used every time I drive in winter when there is ice around.
