Hello From Malta.

I am Old John, just joined the Toyota Owners Club forum. I drive a Toyota Vitz 2001 A/T model.

I wish to 'switch-off' the in-car BEEP-BEEP-BEEP Buzzer when putting the shift lever in the 'R' position. As I intend to fit Reverse Parking Sensors , there would be a cacophany of BEEPS and that would be confusing. I don't want to totally disarm the Beep Buzzer completely as it serves various other warnings.

I wonder if any members have any suggestions from past experiences about this difficulty I am experiencing.
