Have you found out where the leak is?

As we are currently on 1st May 2024, and 2025 is 7 months away, what actual year is your C-HR?Certainly not 2025 as per your profile.

I'm now on my second C-HR and have never had any leaks.

We've had two in the family and neither have leaked at all.

If there were leaks, would it not be reasonable to expect them to be discovered during the Health Check at annual service time?  Particularly so if there were a history of leaks in any models.
