A y tips regarding the bluetooth connection to the radio would be much appreciated. Ive got the phone paired but only numbers appear on the radio display. Any thoughts?

Hi Ian, welcome lots of good advice when you need it and always welcome when you give it.

Make sure your phone is compatible with the cars bluetooth system. Older car bluetooth systems might not support all the features of newer phones. Sometimes re-pairing your phone can resolve this. Delete the current pairing from both the cars system and your phone, then pair them again. Make sure your phones software is up to date. Make sure your cars audio system is set to the correct bluetooth mode. Some systems have separate modes for phone calls and media playback.Check the audio settings on both your phone and the cars system. Check the media audio is on your phone for the Bluetooth connection. If only the numbers are showing, it might be that your contacts have not been transferred.Look for an option in your cars Bluetooth settings to download or sync contacts.Hope this helps.
