My truck has a 4" body lift. The heater doesn't blow hot just warm. It has a new water pump, heater core and thermostat 196. I've flush and backflushed heater core and radiator. And still the same thing. Has anyone had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

Thinking Logically now, if your body is 4" higher then so is your heater which means it's above the height of the engine I guess. So I reckon if there is any air in the system it is going to collect at the highest point which is in your heater matrix. If this is what is happening the only thing I can suggest is to tap into the highest water feed/return pipe and install a venting tap and either vacumn out any air or let the pressure force it out.

Just a guess but hope it helps with another angle on your prob.

Good luck.
