Engine Replacement

I have the 2VZ-FE 2508 V6 for 1991 US camry that needs replacememt An engine import shop suggested I buy either the 1vz-fe v6 2 litre or the 4vz-fe 2.5 v6 used in Japan only to replace my us engine. Any advice? Would maintenance parts or exact fit be a problem?If anyone could help I would appreciate an email. Thanks
