Carina -95 Auto. Problem With Gears "hopping"

Hi, I have a problem wih my Carina e 2.0 Gli -95 Auto. Sometimes the gears shift up and down for no reason. Most of the time it's like the car shifts the overdrive on and off. Suddenly when I drive around 98km/h the car shifts down then up (overdrive?) then down the up... This ust happens once or twice aday but its quite frustrating. Does anyone know where to start looking for a solution? Thanks.
