Car Accidet..:(

Hi everyone.. been away a while I know..

Had a car accident a couple of weeks ago, thought my car was going to be written off but it's repairable thank goodness..

Wishbones %$(ed, ball joint etc broken, new wheel and tyre and roll bar etc all damaged...

My first accident and I didn't enjoy it much! Not my fault though so at least it won't cost me.. apart from my £400 excess until it gets sorted... :(

Sorry to hear about the motor, but at least you're ok!

I witnessed an accident this morning where some guy in an escort came steaming through a red light and ploughed into the side of the car in front of me, just goes to show ya you can be the most careful driver in the world but you can't account fot the other idiots on the road!

That's pretty much what happened to me, I was going straight on over a traffic controlled crossroads in Reading and someone came from the left of me and hit me side on... straight on my wheel... I had to swerve out of the way of oncoming traffic but then went smack on straight into the crash barriers!

Wasn't nice :(

Driving a !Removed! ford focus now which is less nice!

that exactly the same place a car hit me when i crashed my TS last year. he hit the wheel but i didnt go into a crash barrier i went into a bus shelter thankfully there were no one stood in it

Still at least you are ok Louise, and your car can be fixed - what exactly happened - did someone else hit you?

And at least you got a Focus as a hire car - I had to settle for a Fiat Punto 1st time and a Vauxhall Corsa 2nd time! I'd have been well happy to have a Focus - they are much better cars!

i had an accident on xmas eve when an old pensioner reversed straight into my TTE bumper and broke a side light!! not nice at all!!

4 the first week they gave me a smart car which was suprisingly ok, then they decided to give me a poxy ford fiesta!!

but my car is all fixed now so im happy again!!

At leats you're alright!! Cars are easier to repair than people!
