Rear Bumper

Hi all, I remember reading something like this some time ago but... I need to get the lower part of the rear bumper off my old yaris. Its got a tiny dent i need to get out. I 've removed two nuts from directly under it and one in each wheel arch but it aint shifting. Each end has a bit of give in it but nothing else moves. If i try any harder i'll bend it. Any tips?
