Not Going To Any More Northern Meets

As the title says, I won't be going to any more meets.

It was a hard descision but unfortunately I think they have got so predictable that every meet has become exactly the same, this makes no difference to the venue as far as I'm concerned, so the love affair is over guys, sorry.

I have to admit.... Les has a point guys.... I mean... my calendar is really filling up with all sorts... and TOC meets well.. as great as they are... may have to take a back seat...

To be honnest JJ it's not the caledar that's the problem, it's certain "people" on this site!!!

This is one of the reasons the Central Region tries to vary the meet locations around the region and vary the format.

Future central region events will include ten-pin, paint ball, drives, pubs, gigs, *cough* cruises *cough* etc...

You wlecome to travel 150+ miles each way to join us Les

You could always help the northern lot arrange their meets and get it varied???

Have never been to this meet/event.

However I do feel compelled to coment.

One does find the in the vehicle world alot of local car shows, local vehicle meets tend to be the same each month.

I myself sometimes think this about a local classic car club I am in which meets on the 1st Sunday of the month in Shropshire (and has done none stop for over 20 years). This though can be to ones advantage, if for example one is after a particular part/item and another member has one the answer is "bring it next time"; an asset of the same people being there each month.

Just a thought. :)
