Can anyone help? My carina E seems to short out so that no ignition lights come on when I attempt to start the car. Sometimes it will work after unlocking and locking the car several times, but the only sure way is to disconnect the Battery and reset the computer. The main dealer recommended removing the immobiliser? Can anyone tell me how to do this?
