Get the perrin pulley and sports header and you'll be even more impressed with motorway driving.  It makes the car more flexible in terms of revs - less down changes and more torque.

hmmm, tempting wish you didnt tell me that, im supposed to be saving up. So it noticable pull from lower revs?

If i got some real results id be more tempted, id get kev to fit them both.

Thats the thing - the pulley wont do anything measurable to power - only usability of the power that you have. It makes the car more responsive through the gears as the revs spin more freely.

Header - well best thing I can suggest is Chucks dyno results - but that was with both sports cat and header on.

Are you ever anywhere near the midlands - Id be happy for you to have a play of mine to see what you think?

Costwise the pulley was around the 110 and the header similar as I remember - fitting was an hour for each I think - prices vary dramatically depending on who you use.
