Hehe I used to do that as a kid, cutting them in half made them taste soo much better too. I love my crumpets crispy now... so crispy in fact you could bounce them off the floor. Nothing but butter for me though, anything else is sacrilege!!

*Wonders why Gordy didn't apply his trademark 45 degree angle technique this time. ;)

Crusty crumpets rock, very nice, although not to good for you. Its butter all the way for me, although a bit primulae cheese spread is'nt to bad if you run out of butter. Neither of them very healthy though! :P

Once again I have rushed out the house without breakfast and these pictures ar'nt making me feel any better.

Thats a really interesting question (the naked and tip toes one) and I really have no idea men dont do they??? they thump around like cave men when in the buff................................. so I have been told ;)
