Calling All Toyota Experts....

im doing a project on the major advances in corrosion control that has taken place in the last 20 years in car industry, thus enabling garantee periods to be doubled.

I've picked toyota as an exmaple as i know that corrosion was a major problem in the past.

bottom line is, does anyone know the history on how toyota over came this problem ie the techniques that they are using today whether its coating/design etc..

any info, web sites etc etc would be greatly appreciated!!

PS if your serious about it, look into Toyota Japan's website, english version, find there headquarters address and mail them the question and they will respond...
