Chrome Grill On 96/97

this front end picture is off a 1997 corolla kudos. I has a partly chromed front grill.

i need to if the chrome front grill ever came on any 1996 corolla's!

any help or comments appreciated.

This part was kinda weird in that some corollas after 1995 did have it and some didnt have it.

I believe it is actually an after market part fitted by dealers, in 1995 the facelift front on the ae101 meant the grill was changed, so this part only came after 1995!

I think some CDX, and sportifs came with this part, and in 1995, and 1996 also this part was fitted, If you remove it its just the noraml 1995-1997 grill...

Its just a stick on bit of trim(not so bling)
