Can anyone tell me where the lambda sensor is on my car - its a W Reg (2000) Toyota Corolla, 1600 VVTI GS - I need to know how many wires it has for a garage quote - simple response please for car repair - challenged person!

it will be somwhere at the front of the exhaust system... downpipe/ cat area.. :thumbsup:

Its screwed into the front exhaust pipe just to the rear of the front cross member. It has 4 wires; 2 for the heater and 2 for the sensor circuit.
