You need to have either platinum or Iridium plugs. They are preset and do not require adjustment. They last about 60K or about 20K miles respectively.

Dealers recommend Iridium (but NGK manufacture a platinum alternative)

Oil is semi-synthetic either 10W40 or 5W30. You need 3.7lt.

I'll just add here: you need 3.7 litres of oil? Hmmm...is that with or without the oil filter? One mistake you should never make is to bung in an exact amount after an oil change. Unless you like overfilling the sump (not a good idea). If it requires 3.7 litres (for example)...bung in 3 then let the oil settle and do the rest gradually by measuring on the dip-stick.

As for the grade of oil...semi-synthetic is the minimum recommended. If you feel like it, you could use fully synthetic and your engine will thank you for it. Though never deviate from the viscosity (the Wattage part).
