Right I'm planning my system and have come across the following components, I have no idea what I need I only know I want lots of sound. Is the following a compatable and decent setup?

I guess im missing one amp. Is it best to run subs off a mono block or would a 2/4 channel amp work adequatly?

PIONEER DEH-P480MP £81 headunit

MOSFET 50W x 4-Channel High Power

Vibe QB69 £78 rear Speakers

RMS Power 200w

Peak Power 600w

PYLE 6.5 INCH 400w £24 front component Speakers

6.5'' 4 Ohm Midrange Driver

200 Watts RMS/ 400 Watts Peak

1'' Titanium Dome Tweeter

50 Watts RMS / 100 Watts Peak

LANZAR MXA282 £86 amp

4000 WATT 2 CHANNEL HIGH POWER MOSFET AMP

2 x 1000 Watts RMS at 4 Ohms

2 x 2000 Watts Max at 4 Ohms

1 x 4000 Watts Max at 4 Ohms Bridged

2 x 1650 Watts RMS at 2 Ohms

2x PIONEER TS-W3004SPL £128 subs

2x 12" SPL Component Subwoofer

3000 Watts of Maximum Power

Nominal Power Handling: 750 Watts

Thanks for any input

No idea, not having heard a single one of those bits of gear! Decent rule of thumb though, you get what you pay for (and all car audio is vastly over-priced!).

I run my subs in 'stereo' (2 channel). works fine. Are you really going to be running 4??

PIONEER DEH-P480MP £81 headunit

MOSFET 50W x 4-Channel High Power

After some extensive searching, not a bad unit

Vibe QB69 £78 rear speakers

RMS Power 200w

Peak Power 600w

Bit excessive for rear speakers

PYLE 6.5 INCH 400w £24 front component speakers

6.5'' 4 Ohm Midrange Driver

200 Watts RMS/ 400 Watts Peak

1'' Titanium Dome Tweeter

50 Watts RMS / 100 Watts Peak

Very bad choice in front speakers.

Your rear speakers cost 3 times as much as your front speakers.

You should be making the difference the other way round, more at front than rear unless you like your sound from behind you.

You should hear the music infront of you, so the can get the idea of left and right staging.

LANZAR MXA282 £86 amp

4000 WATT 2 CHANNEL HIGH POWER MOSFET AMP

2 x 1000 Watts RMS at 4 Ohms

2 x 2000 Watts Max at 4 Ohms

1 x 4000 Watts Max at 4 Ohms Bridged

2 x 1650 Watts RMS at 2 Ohms

Are you planning to run your entire system from this one amp???

2x PIONEER TS-W3004SPL £128 subs

2x 12" SPL Component Subwoofer

3000 Watts of Maximum Power

Nominal Power Handling: 750 Watts

What enclosures are you planning to have for these subs, boxed??

Will it be sealed or ported??

Having 2 subs will make alot of sound, and having your 6x9 in the back will be useless

I think you need to tell us more of what your planning to do with your system, will it be full out sound, or more towards quality??

Tell us your music taste, drum & bass?? Techno?? Solo Artist??

Are you just aiming to get as much music as your can for yourself, or are you considering for others, like passengers in front and rear??

My system in my car is VERY simple, Alpine H/U with changer attached, into a 5 channel amp, feeding to 2 way active compenents at the front with 1 sub in the boot.

Your setup is close to mine, what you should do, improve your choice for front Speakers, find some mid-range for the rears and subs in boot.

You will need some passive crossovers for your front Speakers, and possibly a filter for the sub to make everything run off the one amp, run the rear mid-range from your H/U. How does this sound so far??

Ok, give me some feedback of what i said, and see if i can help you any more
