I been painting my engine cover today, looks nice.. but one problem, the bottom left nut to tighten on the cover has snapped.. where could i get a replacement??? i was thinkin possibly in the dealer.. am i right

Did you use high temperature or normal paint?

yeah just go to parts, thell know what your talking about, usually pretty helpfull and they can print out a diagram to locate the exact nut or come and check it on your car

I used normal paint when i did my cover matty and havnt had a problem with it!

At the end of the day its just an encapsulated nut on a 10mm bolt - you could always just replace it with another one and use the same nut (I did)

Two of mine have snapped... one on the front and one on the top... doesn't bother me though... it doesn't go anywhere. I used normal paint on mine... fine so far.

charlie whats wrong with you ive had 4 yaris's an never broke a bolt, came close 2day tho

re colour the VVTI etc in white
