Have a 1998 GL model with 83,000 miles. Find the ride too soft. What can I do to help the ride/handling?

Just changing the struts to new ones will that make a big different? ;) Can i upgrade to SR suspension?

i fitted 40mm spring sports kit really firmed it up round corners and general driving, worth doing and car isnt massively lower to look at

Thinking about the same thing, too soft in the corners. Anyone lowered less than 40mm? I was thinking of lowering about 20mm.
