Backup Software?

Just brought a new HD for backing up all of my files (pictures, songs, emails etc) and I'm looking for some software that can do this (ie just set it up and leave it). There's loads out there but nothing really stands out at the moment so I thought I would see what some of you guys have !

I want something decent that will do the job and not slow down my machine (No Norton lol), something that will also backup my work regulary, so if something does go !Removed! up it should be saved.

Also something free **cough cough** would be best !

I downloaded Syncback for my old job, its free, really easy to use and does what it says on the tin.... I'd recommend it No slowdowns, you can set it to backup daily, weekly whatever and backs up anything you want it to. Was better than anything else I tried.

Nothing else comes close IMO.
