My 1st Mod!

Got my first modification fitted today and it sounds great! :D

It cost a fair bit for all the parts but it's worth it in the end!

I'd also like to say a big thanks to ricomr2 on the site for helping me out over the phone!

I've just reset my MPG thing, that was obviously from the previous owner! ;)

Blaupunkt have a new one called the "casablanca" that has a 80gb hard drive with a usb plug thats sounds awesome, might get that to play about with.

No changer and it's got ipod capability but I've not got an ipod. I just play MP3 CDs on it!

hold the mode button down on average mpg, 38.7 thats ammazing , 34.5 on me 1.3 lol!

Hold down 'mode' when you're on the average MPG screen. :)

ssk2, you can get the lighter out of your old CD player but I'm having trouble getting mine out. I'm on a mission to get mine out and fit it!

thats lookin good mate, tho i never bothered to remove the old heddie, just fitted my alpine where the coin tray was (rather one of the designers of the yaris did!).... best of all no one can nick the bugger thats for sure..... well not without dismantling the dash!

is that the dvd mp3 alpine?

anyone looking to buy a new unit or anything audio, avoid Halfords what a rip!
