hi everybody i have just become the new owner of a 98 landcruiser 3.4 v6 can anyone tell me what the bhp figures are and also what mpg can be expected the car also has an lpg multi point system fitted which is what appeald to my yorkshire instincts of not pouring money down the drain it also has a stainless exhaust which i have never had before does this mean it will last forever or just longer than normal i want to use it for towing my caravan which i hav'nt tried yet my prvious cat was a pajero 2.5 lwb diesel which i found a bit under powered on hills pulling the van but the toyota seems to have a lot more power and ar they as reliable as what i am told many thanks mike

still a bit new to tis posting lark can somebody tell me if i am doing it right and when i come back to the owners club how do i find out if there have been replies thanks mike

Mike,

I've moved your post to the 4x4 Forum which should make it easier to find, to check whether anybody has replied to your post you can either look at the number of replies or open it up and have a look :D

Stainless Exhaust should last a longer than standard although a lifetime is a bit hopeful.

A 3.4 V6 Landcruiser should give you a notcieable difference in pulling power to your Shogun, not only due to the extra power but also due to the extra weight of the vehicle which all helps :D

the caravan i used to tow was a swift challenger which was nice because it had a fixed bed but have just traded up to a twin axle swift conqueror which i have not towed with this new car as i have only had it a couple of weeks looking forward to the new season thans mike
