Trim Removal

Hi

I have a 2006 avensis and I want to remove the 1in trim just above the top

Of the radio

The trim is the one with the cup holder and rear window heater in it

So can any follow member please let me know how to remove this trim?

Maybe a picture would be helpful even if only to a link on google of the right model and then we can look it up on the database :)
