Unrecorded Toyota Avensis Salvage

Hi brought an avensis 2002 reg 2.0 wing look a very dark shade sl diff to rest of the car did the usual hpi etc all clear.

Have now been aware that car has had new wing, suspension and a few other bits would theses be MOT failures or would you say car has been in an accident but un recorded this is my suspicion.

Now car was sold with no warranty do I have a leg I can stand on it was a private deal
